What is wrong with this test?

I heard there's gonna be a new server in Miami so i decided to test my ping

BTW, I'm from Peru and my connection sucks 1mbps xD

Ping in Toronto, ON:

Ping in Miami, FL

What I don't understand is that i get more ping in Miami rather than in Toronto.

Why is this possible if there's less distance in Miami from my country(Peru)

less distance = less ping (I guess)

Speedtest's ping test says your ping will be slighty higher.
But it wont.
Don't worry, it once said my ping was 270 on my own country.

Yeah. I think it'd be lower seeing how I'm 100 miles away from Miami and it says I'll get 55 ping.

Ping test wont even test my ping... It lags out so hard. Even though I live in Virginia and get 45 ping in Bravo server O_o

Yeah ignore these, they're terrible in terms of gaming estimations.
