Windows 7 has a lot of special effects to make it beautiful, so most of them drains a lot of ram memory. You can increase your fps just like I do which is disabling those special effects. You have 2 ways to do it. My windows 7 is not in english, so I translated it myself, but I don't think you will get lost. Looks hard to do, but it is pretty simple. You can also set your game video settings to low.
First and faster way:
Go to My Computer or Windows Explorer and right click on Computer. Click Properties.
Then look in the bottom for something like Information and tools of performance and click on it. Look for Set Visual Effects and a new window will open. Then you just need to check the option saying Set to have a better performance.
Second and longer way:
Go to control panel - security and systems - systems. Then look in the bottom for something like Information and tools of performance and click on it. Look for Set Visual Effects and a new window will open. Then you just need to check the option saying Set to have a better performance.
One more thing, if you are the kind of guy who installs a lot of things on pc, you may look for the applications who starts together with windows 7 like messengers and any application you are not using. You can also close your antivirus, they can be pretty annoying if they decide to scan or update while you are playing. -
me too
i tooo use win7 and i get 4 gb ram, 512 mb card video and intel core dou t6600.
i use game booster, I do maintenance and defragment disks, update the driver and the directx 11.
I use TUNEP UP because it is a good program to optimize my pc. in the game I have between 100-140 fps. get full play between 40-90 fps
