Minimum system requirements meet and still fps lag

I met all of the system requirements to play this game and still i have major fps lagg(15-30).Can someone explain to me why? or maybe i dont,here are my specs...if i need to improve something i would appreciate someone telling me.

CPU:AMD Sempron 3200+1.8GHz
Memory:1470mb ram
Video card:Nvidia Geforce 6100
Hard disk: 70G
System:Windows vista starter
DirectX: DirectX11

    You need more memory dude. My computer had 512 MB, and the whole thing just froze.

    You need at least 1 GB to play it. Try getting a 2 GB+ something something.

    Srry dude ur PC sucks for gaming. Hate to say it. and Yes, like the guy above says it - at least 2 GB is minimum these days.

    And also there needs to be update about the requirements of the website. The recomended requirements which is listed on the website, i think, should be minimum now.

    For the recomemded part, maybe (my view):
    --2 GB (important)
    --A decent, new GPUs (not like those old 5600 or 6600) at least of 512mb
    --Direct 10 or even 11
    --Windows XP, Vista or 7 (I hate Vista, it sucks {resource hog}!! if u have 64 bit, then gr8)
    --A dual or multicore CPU (single core like Pentium sucks - their clock is just a show off even with 3 Ghz)
