eig get an answer if one has reported one and he is not banned if I think it's stupid because I want to eig like to know that he has been banned

why you do not like in the combat arms report to the forum because as everyone can see it and perhaps because of the name haker Compare and one sees that he may have been averted

There is no public ban list.
You can however check the last played date for any player, which usually gives a good indication on whether or not that account has been banned.

Last played date can be found on any players profile, as such: http://clan.z8games.com/charstat_cf.aspx?usn=3044013

The public ban list will not return. Players are still getting banned for cheating.
