Calling Adobe Premiere Experts!

i d need some help. seems i cant get the resolution i want for videos.
i dunno what it is, on youtube it looks kinda small even when i select 720 or so.
i record using fraps full screen 60 fps...in adobe it looks ok but then after uploading it to tube its messed up...
