I can´t see my e-mail adress

I just can´t see my e-mail adress, but i forgot my e-mail adress and can´t remember it. It´s a problem because i also forgot my password, so i can´t change the e-mail adress.I send a ticket , but they gave me a fail, they said to me that i should watch in my e-mail the IDto get to know my e-mail adress. lol
