I ran into the same thing a little while ago. Submit a support ticket. They'll ask you for some other information and fix things for you... eventually.

lets hope they fix it.
i've sent a support ticket out ages ago.
they started helping me out on my situation...then they just stopped.

Sounds like you should send in a new support ticket.

what's funny is that.
earlier i posted a forum that I was going to quit the game because Z8 wasn't helping me in my situation. and 3 minutes later I get a message from Saidin lol. now, he's working on helping me, i guess.
