Flashbangs

Flash's in this game need to be more effective. I'm sure that I'm not the only one that finds it annoying that all you need to do is turn around and a flashbang will have no effect on you. There should be a definite 3+ seconds that the flashbang will be effective if it is within a certain range of your character ( lets say 15steps or so? ).

At the moment flashbangs are pretty much useless, you can't use them strategically to take out an opponent because you're never sure if they're actually flashed or not.
