why i can't play the game !!! i don't use hack programme

why i can't play the game !!! i don't use hack programme
after update 24/8/2010 (xtrap update) i can't open the game
xtrap write that
code field 04 0400 00000000>>
abnormal keyboard/mouse input has been detected>>>>>>

i know i have programme copy data from clipboard& put it automatic in game login(sro game)

i don't use hack Programs &i was playing crossfire before this update normally with my other game in same time

i can't close my Programs which copy data from clipboard& i don't know why xtrap make this problem to me

xtrap must protect the game not spy on my Programs
when any Program infect crossfire client xtrap have right to kick me out
but why my crossfire client is clean & xtrap kick me out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
please don't make xtrap spy on my computer or my Programs just protect the game & make what it want in game area only
now i can't play crossfire :(:(
i love this game but i can't due to xtrap update
i hope xtrap solve this problem
