OPEN wogl?

i remember hearing a group of people making their own branch of wogl that is well... more OPEN with its rules AND free to enter, but prizes were not a awesome most of the time, I.E. BETTER.
i heard they were starting with combat arms and now they are on crossfire, am I the only guy who's heard this?
