Report a player -READ-

This is pathetic, I've gone through all of the help screens to find a place to report a hacker. I tried to message the GM to deal with hacks but it says I am not aloud.
Then I send message to [GM]Saidin and ofcourse he doesn't read it so now I send him another one and it says same thing " you are not aloud" etc

here is the message and get this kid banned:

Hello, I am reporting a player Hacker
I believe he is aimbotting and I don't want him in the community.
