Sniper Tape method help

what u do is pull out ur knife and put the tape excatly where ur crosshair is and than draw the crosshair on the tape

They mean put tape on the center of your screen and mark where the center is, I've done it in another game (where it actually helped) but in this game it's pretty useless.

(I used it in a game called Gunz because 99% of the time you had a melee weapon out which didn't have a cross hair so when you switch to a gun you can already have you shot lined up, I didn't use it long though)
