at the moment i am VERY ****ED OFF I PUT 10 000ZP IN THE CLAN when i log in cuz im leader it says you are not in clan you can create or join one. THATS FKING RETARTED

This is nothing new. Every night at the same time the clan page updates, which causes the symptoms you describe. Rest assured that you are still in your clan.
