Axe and Shovel

So, everyone knows, shovel is noob and laggy because of sound and visual difference. Lately I have also found that people with 100>ping are making some pretty bulls*** hits. Some guy can axe me from 10 feet away and I'm not exagerating. I run about 20~40 ping as I live in Ottawa close to the servers. Someone want to tell me if they have the same issues? Also when I swing at someone I can be smelling their hair, swing, and see blood and them reflex but no f***ing damage. Also the axe seems to have visual timing off compared to when it actually hits. I am finding it really hard to play crossfire when I am standing behind a concrete wall, someone sees me, goes back and manages to kill me from behind a cement wall.
