Regarding Ghost Mode currently
There is no doubting that GM is awful right now. You can't go into a pub anymore without being raged at, hackused and watching most of GR hack themselves, before finally being kicked on the 12th round. So, why not go to a certain channel if you want a decent GM game, much like Alpha 7 currently is for SD. If wanting to GM, join or make a room in Alpha-10 or UK1-10, we might be able to get a pub without half the players being absolute idiots.
No idea if this would work or not, but it's worth a try to actually revive GM.

Decent players kicking the idiots. Plus, if all the decents go to 1 channel, whilst the idiots (which very few read the forums) are still going to each channel, there's a higher chance of a good match. Again, same idea as Alpha-7 is for SD. -

Same, there are some great GMers spread across different clans, just the majority of them play in Alpha because UK is beyond rediculous for GM atm.

Make a room in Echo or something with a password and invite good GMers. Then ask those GMers to invite other good GMers and there ya go. And have the game follow the MotG rules - but with no armor.
I'd be down to play.
I occasionally do things like this, but that requires organisation. Everyone just going to a single channel would mean it'd be possible all the time. -
