What the hell is this doing in crates?

Well, I just lost 3 crates of D.E-C because of this. No further comments. I would like my crates back though

It's a visual bug. I haven't seen that in quite some time though. Despite the empty payout you should have received 3 items, although you would have to check your inventory to see what they are.
