How to solve big part of the hacking issue

As we all know, aproximately the 80% of the brs who play this game are hackers.
I suggest we start massive kiking em, for example u enter to a room and u see a br that is playing the game, so u join that game and kik him 1 time and leave(takes u 10seconds);
I know that theres a lot of ppl that hate brs, so we can manage to do this as we are the majority.

How to know if the player is br?

1) check the ping, they normally have 140-180pings(+- 20)
2)check the name, il give a list of common br words used in IN-game-names:
-every ***in word ending with "inha" / "inho" is br, because that is the diminutive they use.
-foda,porra,fdp,maluco,louco,meu,minha,eu,sou,vc,morrer,vai,olha, BR,viado,rack,afff .
3)check the clan name looking for words like the ones i just wrote
4)whisper him saying something in english, not basic things like "hello", use some complicated phrases like, "hey buddy, i know who was kiking u"; that might be enough to discover if the guy is br. I say this because brs never speak in english, they r dumb.

I know this idea might sound a lil bit stpid, but if only the 40% if the non-br community started doing this, there wouldnt be brs in this game.

U cannot negociate with brs, u have to kick em.

easy, this game is turning in a forum game, since u cant play cuz its full of brs.
