Crossfire staff says there is no hack problem and xtrap does a great job. Then how can they explain this?!
I found many other cf public hack$ out there but Xtrap still isn't patching anything! How much time since I haven't seen xtrap updating? Does anybody even remember when the last update was?!
This is madness... Just look at it 386thanks for a PUBLIC hack! Just think about it a big part of cf community are kids, most of those kids are not greatfull (btw being greatfull for a hack is disgusting), this means that 386 is the minimum of people that use that hack. I bet that 3-4 times more use it. I would just like to see how many downloads of that shiit have been done sicne it came out (11 days sicne it's out!).
This problem is a fact z8games/xtrap can not ignore it. This has to be fixed we hardly can play GM as BL because of the hack problem and when we play GR we get kiked for hack-ing because people don't trust anybody.
How much time before SD and EM become unplayable?
Z8GAMES now Gamescom is over I think you have the time to try to get an explication of Xtrap. You pay them to patch hack$ they don't patch anything these days so why would you continu paying them? Just give them a week to patch all the pubs and wait for it. I bet we will get all those pubs patched in the asked time.
I have enough of posting for now sicne it is hot and I am swety I'll take a shower.
Have a good time reading/answering, waiting for a GM or MOD answer aswell...

We know everybody knows but z8games can't do much
Xtrap provides the updates them self but the are really slow and basically only care when the get paid
All the need to do is check the source codes of the hack's and get that patch and the need to stop letting third programme's inject in to the crossfire processor I know for sure the can do that easily but if the do that all hacks will be patched and xtrap would have no use anymore and the will not get paid... -

I remember a long time ago (I think in the beta or after the beta) there was info about the game saying its hack free from the company.
Imma try to find it, but dont believe me. I might be wrong. -

YOU as a random customer not being informed about every internal dispute doesn't mean there aren't any.In fact I can't find any. I excuse myself for that part, I had no right to say that without providing proof that I can't find. But if z8games knows and assumes that there is a problem why don't they say anything to XTRAP?
This is a huge company, with lots of affiliates and offices to interact with.
The F2P FPS market is also VERY, VERY competitive, which is another reason as to why information about office politics is never released (as with any decent company).
Everyone is working on the hacking issue. Nobody is ignoring it or calling it a non-issue.
But informing everyone about every advance and fallback on it would be counter-productive both for the sake of hackers getting to know whats going on, and if something unexpected happens, the users feeling cheated (See October UK server announcement). -

BTW most of us know that hack site since the speed hack, weapon hack last summer you know the public one that everybody was spreading in each game.
If I never visited hack sites how would I know for sure people hack? This helps me. Imagine fi I didn't knwo what was in the pubs. I base my gameplay agaisnt hack-ers on the fact of knowing what their hack$ do. If it si a wallhack/ chams I will fake bhop to be sure (if they don't hack like nerds these days you knwo pretending to be legit...).
Btw noobs stop saying I hack. I never have hack-ed and never will hack in crossfire trust me or not I don't care.
EDIT: I remember the UK server delay^^ was one of those raging guys. A month after I didn't even remember a UK server ahd been announced rofl. -
