Coupons M.I.A!!!(missing in action)

So theres this bug in the black market, where if you trade in your coupons, you lose the remaining total of coupons you DID not use. (eg. i had 100 coupons, traded 'em in for the crystal m4 and WALLAH! a fat donut for a zero "0" was displayed as my total amount of coupons. SO 100 coupons subtracted by 80 ( 80 being the amount to exchange for m4 crystal ) equals 20. SO WHERE IS MY REMAINING 20 COuPONS LOL? ok so im aware that alot of ppl have this same issue, including a few of my clanees. any, please post in thread where to send ticket for help bcuz i have already sent in a support ticket by clicking the SUPPORT link at the top of the z8 site but no response and its been 4 days.
