Important help!

I am new to the game
When I start it on windows 7, after the login, it says Welcome and enter a Nickname, Then FREEZE!, I can't press confirm or Ok or Cancel...Please help!
P.S: It opens with black bars on Both sides, and I can't see the text clearly!!

The thing is that the mouse doesn't work! (Maybe because of the black lines on the sides..and the text is all blurred
I can't press Ok, confirm..anything :S

Well usually "blurred text" as you call it signifies a problem with your VGA/graphics card. But since you said you have Win 7, I assume that this is not the case...
Does this problem occur only when trying to play CF ?

I SOLVED IT !
Right click and choose Disable display scaling on high DPI settings (In the compatibility)
And the text got fixed and everything got fixed
