not delivering ZP?

hey ive been doing alot of surveys lately to the point where it tell me i'll get my Z8 points im sure you have records confirming this, the last ones it shows on my account is august 10th, the most recent ones i did was yesterday and 2 days ago, i only got 5000 zp but on the survey pages it says "with the amount of transactions you have it will take longer" well its been over 20 hours for both sets so im wondering if theres a limit on how much you can receive thru surveys? or what cuz i dont really like waiting for this because i spent alot of time doing alot of surveys so like could i possibly get an admin to award my outstanding ZP? (yes i do realize there is something like that on one of the account management ZP pages) but alot of the surveys i have done hasnt shown up on that it only shows the ones i did august 10th so i would really like my zp since the admins are so nice i know you'll fix this problem for me and other people
