have a suport ticket replied

idk what it means when there is a orange envelop that says your ticket was replied

i click on it and it just shows me my messeges sent and they say replied or close or open and i dont understend the meening please and help

    replyed means the gms/dev have left a reply open means they haven't or you have read there reply and closed means the gm/devs have closed the ticket
