What would "special VIPS" do to an anti cheat that can take screen shots in random intervals, scans every port on your computer and so much more that the community doesn't even know about

hacks such as no smoke and ect and nearly impossible to see though screenshots. the best prove u could get is if in the screenshot theirs a smoke grenade on the ground, theirs no smoke, and then check the replay and their should indeed be smoke. but the chances of that is very low. what i always wondered is:
is it posible to make chams only show each 2 frames? and records the other 2 frames, that way some1 would record with chams on but the vid would not show them. i would not be surprised if some1 already did that. -

Same way people cheat under ACs all the time.
The only thing going for CF is that most people don't care enough to play in a league in a free FPS. Meaning most players are young and inexperienced. I'm not saying anyone is hacking, but I am saying it is entirely plausible.
Hell, I even saw someone try to cheat at a Lan with a trigger bot.
It is the way of the world, people cheat.
