You won't like it, but heres what you do: Submit a ticket.
Failing that, submit another ticket.

No-one on the forum can do what you're asking for. MODs have no access and GMs aren't on the right continent.

Give them your password, possible email-addresses, possible security answers, security question, ZP reciepts, login id.

Spam them with tickets. A never ending stream will get their attention, or at least get them to help you sooner so as not to have to put up with the never ending stream.

No clan started out perfect.. (except Silver*).
