i cant play crossfire every time i load cf it freezes at initializing character manager ive done every thing re-downloaded turned of antivirus sent a support ticket read common solutions everything i have been playing this game for a long time and have bought lots of zp and helped cf out alot so can somone help me.

Wait Until they respond to your ticket, If its been more than a week send another one with more detail.

they did reply they said they cant help me if i visited common solution and that only someone who can post on my thread can help me now B.S

So start a thread in Techical support and see if someone knows what's going on, along with all of your computer specs and what you did before it stopped working.
