Maybe your ticket didn't have proper grammar and the support team couldn't read it or make out what you wanted. It took me about 3 minutes to make out your post.

Maybe you should stop playing this game because they are clearly plotting against you.

In all honesty, I'm not exactly defending the fact that your tickets haven't been answered. But, the support team, as far as I've seen, is not that big of a team. It's kind of the same situation as the Reporting system for hackers. SO many tickets are being sent in and it is simply too much for the tech team to handle so they are getting backlogged. I've seen situations in my father's company where they will "browse" for the most important tickets and get rid of the rest. I'm not saying that's the case here, but I know that for the amount of tickets I'm sure are sent in, they just can not keep up with them. It's not an excuse, but I think it's a pretty possible explanation.
