How did you get the auto insurance ones to get rewarded? I know it says "Awarded by Customer Service", but they keep on telling me to provide more information when I copy and paste an e-mail with the quotes provided (and the header, e-mail addresses, date, etc.).

You're either giving the wrong email or they haven't looked it over properly.
