hm i lost my account today when i log in it sayd passwoord has been changed but i dident change it the messege popped up 2 times then i logged off then logged in it was stil my old pass then a few hours later had to go to school but got sick so i came home early and tried to log in it sayd incorrect pass WDF IS THAT ALL ABOUT i dident even change it or give any1 YES i know send support ticket blah blah i already did that with a old account i had and i got SHIZ nothing back its been 2 months now what do they do pick 10 tickets and randomly choose 1 to answer and trow the rest away ? u pl seriously need to get good employee's i mean who is soo ***ing blind to make the mistake about the winchester scope text ? i know my english is bad but if ure gonna become a web side coder u have to know english or are they just hiring some random ppl that dropped out ? or just some BR's ? yes i know making a thread wont help and wasting mod,s time but i dont give a shiz i will waste there time as much as i want arent there job to look after the forums anyways ? but yea if u dont want ppl to QQ on the forums get some ***ing good employees GOD @!

Maybe you didnt provide enough proof that the account was yours, or maybe it was just bad alround, either way i dont know.
The support guys are great, they helped me change my IGN from one account the another that i owned both and i gave enough infomation and stuff.
I dunno maybe you should rethink your tickets or just give more proof.
