[HELP] A serious bug in my game/account?
Today, the 18th of August. I have experienced a serious error in the game. I had finished the 10th mission this month, and I have recieved an Combat-Axe as reward. And on this same day, I have also bought some GP-crates and recieved an M4A1 weapon.
And with these two weapons there is a big problem. However, I do not know if the problems with them are related to each other. After I finished playing, I went to the storage-menu and I pressed the "Renew" button on the axe, but as far as I can tell nothing changed at that moment cause I don't have any zp at all.
After that I had closed the game, and I restarted it some hours later, wanting to play some more with the M4A1. But then I noticed some things had changed. The first thing I noticed was that The M4A1 was completely broken (10,000 GP damage) , and that my AXE was available to me for 14 days now. which only should have been granted to me for 7 days for I have never bought any zp!
Is it possible that some people think I hacked the game and stole from z8?
I really hope someone can Help me with this problem.

The same thing happened to my axe too.
But the strange thing is, before I closed the game and then opened CF. The M4A1 and Axe were both normal. =/ -

Ah, okay. I'll definitely do that.
But do you know for sure that I will get my m4 back the way it was, or is there a chance I might be not so lucky? -

Have you tried relogging to see if the error wasn't just client side? I had 3 black market Anacondas one time that were supposed to be one. relogging did the trick.
If not, like all the others, a support ticket should work as I beleive they keep notes of such transactions especially zp. dunno about your broken weapons.
