Is the Laboratory Spot really a "glitch"?

Yes.., I was in the G.M-Map Laboratory on the GR Side.
U know the GR Spawn place or? There are "pictures" from A and B. You can jump on the pictures with the lag jump, If u know what I mean.

Is that a glitch?
