This world has to many ppl in it that easily get offended.. ppl are just too insecure these days.

that sucks indeed

I just watch if there are lots of Turks or Brazilians first
if there are many TRs or BRs I just ignore them
if there aren't many TRs or BRs I wait for somebody else to get angry at them

then a) I keep waiting until they kick him/her and press F11

b) if they're in my team I kick them

if the kick fails I don't worry because somebody else will kick
