Sometimes I can't even decide, but I usually always give the benefit of the doubt and press F12, unless it's ridiculously obvious.

When it comes up, i use TAB see who it is..
Then make my decision, most times it gets me killed >.<

I see whos being kicked, i check if they are lagging tanking or w.e the reason it may be for.
Or whether they are idle.

i hate those people who just press f11 cos there losing.

Everything has pro's and cons.

This will get alot of real hackers kicked, but at the same time real pros kicked on accident.

They must have it based on the percentage of votes (players) total. I hate being in a full 8 v 8 room and NOT being able to kick someone unless we have 12 fricking people straight out saying F11...-___-

I played a game called tribes, and they had something like this in it...36% percent of the users had to vote in favor of the kick within x seconds in order for the kick to go through (Unless the server admin changed the kick setting).

I usually always f11 because I'm brazilian

Gewd idea. In a 2v2, I'm pretty sure 2-2 will get you kicked. :S
