Is it possible to put UK Server and NA Server together so the people from UK will have their low ping and the people from NA will have their low ping and will be able to play together

Nope not possible. "ping" is the distance between your internet connection to the "server" where they host the game. If they combine NA and UK, your ping will go higher and you will lag, its not possible.
