My account was taken and the pass was changed

The ID was B2astKi11er and the character name was TheKickAsser......the email that i used for it doesnt seem to work he probably deleted the email and got into my email too. The email was either crinkledfoot@yahoo.com or wewillgiveyouhacks@yahoo.com (it was made for a diff. game). He gave me this account as proof.....so i used it to try to get my account back. Plz help. I Have Flykid876 as proof that that was my account.
