don't worry about it, the current state of pugs are a waste of time. Most pugs don't even finish 5v5, atleast 1 person leaves. Leaving without getting a ringer should result in a 24 hour ban, you should ensure you have the time to finish a pug before participating.

I dont think pugs will ever succeed to any limit outside of wogl, not for a long period of time anyway.
