A better idea would be make F12's value one vote and F11's half a vote to compensate for those players that are mentally challenged, inexperienced, F11 happy, angry, upset and emotional.
I don't vote unless there is an hacker simply because these noobs put two kicks up per round for nothing, theres no need to vote so I support a no vote being f12 (and I'm not going to keep f12'ing for noobs).
Very rarely is a kick vote even valid.
And if voting is that important pause the entire game so everyone can vote and then kick the kicker because he interrupted the game by using the kick vote being a noob. -
