Im stucking! Plz help!

Sorry if there was tread for this, but i could not faind it. Plz help my! Im stucking almost every time when i muve close to walls or trieing to jump on boxes! Sometimes when i just jump up when running im stuck in the air! And then im starting to fly up and after some 3min i got Error: 24_0 or somethin similar, then i got dissconected from lobby. It happens in every map! I cant get exp because error kicking me from lobby! Im not lagging. My computer specs fully supports game requiments, i checked if im not running other programs, i closed them all. My internet connection also is fast, i tried to reinstall game again and again! I also tried to run the game from other computer with different internet connection! But nothing works! I know its not a lag. Is this game bug? Did im onlyone who has it? How/can i fix it?
