Training room?

Hey I've been thinking and I came up with the idea of a Training Room. It would be kind of like the tutorial, but with different targets that would show you how much damage you have done. For instance Have the target look like a person that way If I shot him in the arm with a gun I could see the damage inflicted. Also maybe have some moving targets for practice with aiming. I believe this would be beneficial to everyone.
