SponsorPay missing zp

I did a survey for 10k zp , after 20min it was confirm and about 30min later it was said it has successfully credited me which I still not have receive my zp. After 24 hour I still not have receive my zp and since they confirm they have successfully credited me I could not contact them in which I want my zp. Please Mod give me a reasonable answer then sending a support ticket which sometime return with no answer. I already got a problem where I did not receive 10k zp that I bought with paypal.
