My ISP has decided to keep Crossfire from communicating with the servers, so until I get a new ISP or upgrade, at the least, I won't be able to play. Might be a week, might be a year.

No, I can't open ports. That's already done. I've also system restored multiple times, reinstalled multiple times, reset my router multiple times, and deleted the folder and reinstalled multiple times. It started on the day they did maintenence to my neighbor's internet, they changed something in ours too.

Check ur Modem Settings? Set Crossfire to have Privileges? -
