MFC eroor and DC anyone knows what to do?

OK after numerous fails of CF this is today's MFC error and DC from game.
Have any ideas?

Go sit in the Clan Server lobby for AT LEAST 10 minutes, then go play.

It sounds stupid but try it.

ok will try but i don't even fix the other problems like game freezes after every mach,when i try to fix my weapon or switch channels or do anything.LOL
I send PM to every GM there is and gues what they don't even bother to answer me at lest to say FCK off lol Z8 don't care about there players.

When you're in CF, turn all your display settings down to lowest (600x800 res, 16-bit color, quality - low).
