Was the M4-C a mistake?

For a while I assumed we would get M4 Custom Crystal, but seeing its just a silenced M4 with less ammo and 20 coupons more than a normal M4 Custom, it just doesn't add up. I think it should be moved to BP, in case the M4-CC never arrives. Was this M4 what the devs planned to code?

No it was not a mistake I think but adding it to BP would be pointless in my eyes...

Saidin originally stated in the patch notes that it'd be the M4a1-C Crystal.

peoples spended 80 coupons for this, i cant believe, wouldn't spend more as 30 coupons.

omfg YES THAT GUN IS A MESS!!! first it doesnt even have the extra +5 bullets, it looks like a giant icicle wich looks lame as hell. and its 80 coupons wth crap is that???
