Advanced spop package

I sent a ticket just about 2 weeks ago since i'm missing items from the spop package... They still have not sent anything to me! I'm missing the spop military backpack and the exclusive name card and leather goggles so im missing half of the package. Ive recieved 7050/14100 zp out of that package...:(
