Help me crossfire wont work

Okay what will happen is that i will load Crossfire and then it will have me sighn in and then it will freeze right after i click on "ok" and then it doesnt even sighn me in it just freezes for like five min. and then it says "Dissconnected from server". if you have anything that can help me please post a comment people
