Used two 20k gp codes from playspan but I never got the gp, I tried sending a support ticket three different times but it always errors...Yeah..

i redeem 3 codes from playspan and don't take any thing and i must take 100k GP

i have the same problem i try the codes yesterday with 20k gps, the transaccion was succesful but the gps dont appear in the game

Costumer satisfaction downgrading...

I have got the same problem, i entered 3 codes, all said ok, but no gp's were deposited, no one seems to be able to answer "shortly" like it says when u post a ticket, unfortunatly. Were talking money here, not little ingame issues, so its kinda sad they dont have costumer support Everyday for that, as payments should also be a big concern for them....

I have the same problem....well it doesn't really matter to me, since I can get like 1 mil gp a day when it's fixed.

Dude i just made 5 Codes but i dont get em cuz i delete em when i see the get item Successfully message.... and didnt get my GP

I noticed something there is a problem with the Site

I finished 2 Offers and it Say Completed 1200 ZP thing and my ZP still 700 Lol , The Site doesnt Commincate with the game Rofl!

i having the same problem had to arug with playsan till they sented a email to the game master's and now i get gp from games but when i ranked up from serg 1st class i didn't get any gp from the rank up bounes =/
