Used My ESN Code And It Didn't Give!
I used my esn code to get 40k gp and it said what it would normally say. "Game item success. Please check in game." and I logged back onto CF and NO GP!!!
Remember. ESNs are used by Playspan. and its not playspans fault! cause it said success! but when i logged in i had no GP!!! So i kept relogging in but it never worked!!! Ive already sent them a message thru the contact us thing and they havent replied and they havent given me my GP!!!!!
Can anyone help? And If U freakin GMs give a crap you'd help me!

This happened to me as well, I tried sending z8 a support ticket but it keeps giving me a error when I try. I was suppose to recieve 40k gp from playspan as well, used the codes and got the usual message but no gp, it was two different codes(2x20k gp)
