Broken Weapons from Black Market

My friend couldn't post this so he told me to do this for him. He said he was winning weapons that were broken. He won a SG552 THAT WAS COMPLETELY BROKEN! And a Partially broken P90 with 769 GP Repair. Has anyone else encountered that, post it on here.

Yes.

Yesterday I won a AUG and it was completly broken.

After I re-logged it was brand new.

Relog doesn't work.

My friend tried relogging but he said he done that tons of times but it doesn't work.
