Every time I do servers I get more zp then I shuld

When I play cf on my pc at work with an ads 2 connection I seem to disconnect every 5 minutes after and hour of play and at home with a slower connection I get no disconnecting issues but get a spiking ping please fix this cause it causes annoyances while playing
