Well I got two questions.

Is it right when you make new account and use valid Email(confirm) you can get Shovel,Axe or AK-camo for 30days?I mean are they the weapons you can get.

And why starting "cash" is now only 40k gp and not 50k???

I do not know about starting money but yes, when I made an alt, I got a 30 day kiss nade.

It's 50k gp in the beginning, but you've to buy a character..
4k gp..
So you end up with 46k gp

I made this char Today.
I bought char and after that I had 36k gp.....

not true

you can get any of the sport hats for 30 days, the awm camo, the sg552, the m4 adv, etc etc
