GP Character Mega Pack?

I was looking at what I wanted to buy with my ZP at the Z8 Mall under "Package." Then I saw this package called GP Character Mega Pack. It comes with a +40K GP Hazard card and a 7 days steam punk goggles. Would I get the 40K GP that comes with the steampunk goggles if I bought them seperately? Thanks in advance.
